Getting sick was bound to happen. Last week I really felt like my HR was high. On Thursday morning, my head felt like it was going to explode, then came the sore throat.
Yup, I’m sick. So I took 3 days off- completely. I’m starting to get back into the groove and the 7 hour training day I just had was a huge boost. Not all of my fitness is lost. Get a grip woman!
